Everything you need to know about sending, tracking, and receiving with Swift Express Courier.

Tracking
Enter your 12-character tracking ID on our homepage or tracking page. You'll get real-time updates including current location, estimated delivery time, and any status changes. You can also subscribe to email notifications to be alerted of every update automatically.
Your tracking number is provided by the sender when they create your shipment. It's a 12-character alphanumeric code (e.g. ABC123XYZ789). Check your email confirmation, the shipping receipt, or ask the sender directly.
Tracking gaps can happen when a parcel is in transit between facilities or during customs processing. If there has been no update for more than 48 hours, please contact our support team with your tracking ID and we'll investigate immediately.
Currently each tracking ID must be entered individually. Business accounts can access a bulk tracking dashboard . contact us to set up a business account for multi-shipment tracking.
Shipping
Standard service: up to 30kg, max dimensions 120cm × 60cm × 60cm.

Express service: up to 70kg, max dimensions 150cm × 80cm × 80cm.

Items exceeding these limits are classified as freight and must be booked separately. Contact us for a freight quote.
The following items cannot be shipped under any circumstances:
  • Dangerous goods, flammable liquids, explosives
  • Illegal substances or counterfeit goods
  • Live animals (except via specialist pet courier services)
  • Human remains or body parts
  • Cash, currencies, or negotiable instruments
  • Perishable food without proper insulated packaging
Some restricted items (lithium batteries, aerosols) require special declarations. Contact us before shipping.
Use a sturdy corrugated box that's slightly larger than the contents. Wrap fragile items individually in bubble wrap and fill empty space with packing material. Do not reuse old boxes that may have weakened walls. Seal all seams with strong packing tape and attach your label clearly on the largest flat surface.
Address changes are possible before the parcel reaches the destination country. Once it enters the delivery facility, changes cannot be made. Contact our support team as early as possible with your tracking ID and the new address. Additional charges may apply.
Receiving
Our driver will attempt delivery up to 3 times. After each failed attempt, a card is left with instructions. You can also redirect your parcel to a nearby drop-off point or neighbour through our tracking page. After 3 failed attempts, the parcel is held at the nearest service centre for 7 days before being returned to sender.
First check with neighbours and building reception, as drivers sometimes leave parcels with a neighbour. Check around your property including side doors, sheds, and bins. If still missing after checking, contact us within 24 hours of the marked delivery time with your tracking ID . we'll launch an immediate investigation.
Do not discard the packaging . we'll need photos of both the damaged item and packaging for your claim. Report damage within 7 days of delivery via our support chat or email. Claims are processed within 5–10 business days. Compensation is subject to declared value and shipping insurance level.
Pricing & Payment
Shipping cost is calculated based on distance, weight, dimensions, and service type. We use volumetric weight for large, light packages (length × width × height ÷ 5000). The higher of actual weight and volumetric weight is charged. Use our rate calculator on the homepage for an instant quote.
Our pricing is transparent. The price you see in the rate calculator is what you pay. The only additional charges that may apply are customs duties and taxes on international shipments . these are set by the destination country's government and are outside our control. We always inform you of estimated duties before you confirm.
Yes. Business and volume accounts receive tiered discounts starting from 10 shipments per month. Discounts range from 8% to 25% depending on volume. Contact our business team for a tailored quote and to set up a monthly invoicing account.
International Shipping
Swift Express Courier ships to 180+ countries worldwide. Some high-risk or sanctioned regions may be excluded. Enter your destination in the rate calculator to confirm availability and get current transit times for your specific route.
For international shipments you'll typically need:
  • Commercial invoice . describes contents, quantity, and declared value
  • Packing list . itemised breakdown of the parcel contents
  • HS codes . tariff classification codes for each item
Our platform generates these documents automatically when you create a shipment. For specific country requirements, check our Customs Guide or contact support.
Transit times vary by destination and service:
  • International Priority Express: 1–3 business days
  • International Express: 3–5 business days
  • International Standard: 6–12 business days
Customs clearance can add 1–5 days depending on destination. These are estimates and not guaranteed.
