1. Service Overview
Our warehousing division operates over 2.4 million square feet of storage space across 14 strategically located facilities in the UK, Europe, and the Middle East. Each facility is directly connected to our transport network, enabling seamless inbound freight receipt and outbound distribution with minimal dwell time.
Services range from simple pallet storage with pick-and-pack, through to fully managed 3PL (third-party logistics) operations where our team acts as an extension of your own warehouse and fulfilment function.

We offer flexible storage configurations to suit every product type and volume requirement. Pricing is based on space used, with no long-term commitment required for short-term storage. Contract storage with guaranteed capacity allocation is available for businesses with predictable volumes.

3. Order Fulfilment
Our fulfilment service handles the complete order-to-despatch cycle on your behalf. Inbound stock is received, checked, and put away; orders received from your e-commerce platform, ERP, or marketplace are automatically picked, packed, and despatched . typically within the same business day for orders placed before 15:00.
Fulfilment Process
- Inbound receiving: Goods-in checking against purchase orders; discrepancy reporting within 24 hours
- Putaway: Systematic location assignment using our WMS for optimal pick efficiency
- Pick & pack: RF-scanner guided picking with accuracy verification at packing station
- Packing: Standard Swift Express Courier packaging or custom-branded materials (surcharge applies)
- Despatch: Same-day despatch for orders received before 15:00 cut-off
- Returns processing: Inspection, restocking, quarantine, or disposal per your policy
Platform integrations included. Our WMS connects directly to Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, eBay, Magento, and all major ERPs including SAP, NetSuite, and Microsoft Dynamics . at no additional integration fee for standard connectors.

6. Bonded & Customs Warehousing
Our bonded warehouse facilities are HMRC-approved customs warehouses (Type C and Type D), allowing goods to be stored under customs control without payment of import duties until the goods are released for free circulation or re-exported. This is particularly valuable for businesses importing from outside the UK or EU who wish to defer duty liability.
- Duty suspension: Import goods and defer duty and VAT until sale or release
- Fiscal warehousing: VAT deferral on eligible goods stored under fiscal warehouse authorisation
- Re-export: Goods can be re-exported from bond without payment of UK/EU import duties
- Processing under customs control: Light manufacturing and processing permitted under authorisation
