Swift Express Courier was founded by a group of logistics professionals frustrated by an industry that treated customers as an afterthought. Parcels got lost. Tracking pages said nothing useful. Customer service was unreachable. The technology was decades behind what people expected in every other part of their lives.
We built Swift Express Courier from scratch to fix these problems . not incrementally, but fundamentally. We invested in real-time tracking infrastructure before it was industry standard. We built our customer support tools in-house so agents could actually see what customers saw. We made pricing transparent and calculable upfront rather than full of surprises at checkout.
Today we operate in 180+ countries, deliver over 2 million parcels a year, and maintain a 99.8% on-time delivery rate . but we still think the best version of what we can be is ahead of us, not behind.
